Superintendent
The Superintendent manages the day-to-day field operations which includes overseeing Subcontractors and field personnel. The Superintendent may attend design and estimating meetings and along with the Project Manager, schedule and attend, jobsite meetings. The Superintendent will also continuously review means and methods to improve production and profitability, coordinate manpower and project inspections, and execute quality control.
